After work, dust settles everywhere, even where you cannot see it. Here are the steps of a good final clean.
1. Remove debris
Start with large waste and leftover materials.
2. Top to bottom
Light fixtures, ledges, walls, then surfaces and floors: dust always falls downward.
3. Fine dust
Drywall dust slips into tracks, vents and sills. Use a suitable vacuum and damp cloths.
4. Finishing touches
Glass, fixtures, baseboards and doors: finish with the details.
